You will enjoy staying in this apt it's nice and bright and has plenty of room. There is a large eat in kitchen to cook and entertain in. Its in walking distance to everything!

The space
This private apt is on the 2nd floor of a 3 family historical victorian home that was built in 1896. We are walking distance to Brown University and Rhode Island School of Design. It's a perfect place to stay when visiting Providence. We are in a beautiful pedestrian neighborhood, on the East Side. You will be in walking distance to great restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery stores and India Point Park.

No pets are permitted in this unit. If you are traveling with a pup we welcome you to inquire into our other unit.

We require guests have a minimum of three prior positive reviews. Occupancy in this unit is limited to 4 adults only.

This unit does not have a TV.

Please put everything back the way you found it as the cleaners will charge for their extra time.
